Mit den Hörgeräten bin ich sehr zufrieden, das hören und verstehen ist sehr gut, leider funktioniert die Verbindung mit dem TV Adapter nicht, ist anscheinend eine Schwachstelle, muss die Geräte einsenden
Die Content2 Hörgeräte sind erstklassig und befriedigen meine Bedürfnisse.
Dagegen ist der Kundendienst in Berlin ein Flop. Zuwenig Personal . Nicht spontan ansprechbar. Termine nicht zeitnah.
Da bin ich von Hörakkustikern ganz was Anderes gewohnt.
Das Oticon Hörgeräte-Etuis bieten einen sehr guten Schutz für meine Hörgeräte. Im Etui sind noch zwei kleine Kammern für 2 Ersatz Batterien eingebaut wo diese auch sicher aufbewahrt werden können. Ein gutes Produkt was man weiter empfehlen kann.
Mit Produkt alles i.O., Support super aber Lieferzeit zu lange
Dafür, dass mein Grossvater nicht Fernsehen, in die Kirche gehen und Telefonieren konnte, war die Lieferfrist von 2 Wochen zu lange, aber der Support war super.
